RefundRadar scans your recent orders regularly throughout the day. When a price drop is found, it automatically submits the price adjustment request for you. The refund is processed as Temu Credit, exactly as if you'd done it yourself — just without you having to remember to check.

RefundRadar only submits claims for orders that are eligible under Temu's price adjustment policy. If a claim is rejected for any reason (e.g., already claimed, outside the 30-day window), RefundRadar notes it and moves on — no harm done.
