Refund Policy

If RefundRadar does not find and help you claim at least £2.99 in Temu price adjustments within 60 days of your first scan — and you have placed at least 3 Temu orders of £50 or more during that period — we will refund your £2.99 in full. No questions asked.
How to claim your refund
Simply fill in our refund request form and we'll process it within 2 business days. Once issued, the £2.99 will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Stripe will send you a separate confirmation email.

- You purchased RefundRadar Unlimited (one-time £2.99 payment)
- At least 60 days have passed since your first scan
- You have placed a minimum of 3 Temu orders, each £50 or more, within those 60 days
- RefundRadar found less than £2.99 in total price adjustments across those orders
- The extension was installed and running throughout
Why these conditions?
Price adjustments only apply to orders where Temu reduces the price within 30 days of purchase. Smaller or infrequent orders may not trigger adjustments regardless of the extension. The guarantee is designed for regular Temu shoppers — if you're placing large orders regularly, RefundRadar should find savings. If it doesn't, you shouldn't pay for it.

General refund policy
RefundRadar is a one-time purchase with no subscription. Outside of the guarantee above, refunds are handled at our discretion. We do not offer refunds simply for change of mind after the extension has been used.
